Before QuoteToMe, John Chabluk spent his career inside the construction industry, watching the same scene repeat on every project: a foreman on the phone chasing quotes, a stack of paper POs in a truck cab, and an accounting team three weeks behind on what the job actually owed.
He came of age as the world shifted from analogue to digital, and he saw that construction procurement had missed the shift entirely. Estimating went digital. Scheduling went digital. Drawings went digital. But the money, the actual buying, stayed on paper and in someone's head.
So he built the tool he wished he had on site. QuoteToMe started as a way to collect and compare supplier quotes without the phone tag, and grew into the full spend lifecycle: quotes, approvals, purchase orders, deliveries, and AI-matched invoices, synced to the ERP.
That jobsite-first DNA still drives every product decision. If a feature does not survive contact with a muddy site, a busy foreman, and a month-end close, it does not ship.
