How we calculate this

Materials savings: Based on customers reporting 10-30% savings from competitive quoting. We apply 10% for businesses that already quote regularly, 18% for mixed processes, and 25% for businesses that rarely or never shop prices. Actual savings depend on your supplier mix and market.

Labour recovery: Staff hours spent on email chains, manual PO creation, chasing suppliers, and reconciling invoices, multiplied by your fully-loaded hourly cost. QTM typically cuts administrative procurement time by 40-60%. We apply 50% as a midpoint.

Invoice leakage: Research shows 2-5% of untracked materials spend is lost to duplicate billing, unapplied credits, or incorrect pricing. We apply 2% for businesses with some controls, 4% for those running primarily on verbal/email orders.

System integrations: QTM syncs both ways with your project management and accounting systems, so every PO, delivery, and supplier invoice flows across with the correct project, cost code, and supplier already attached.
